annoyingwizard: Grandma insisted that she still see the local pediatrician, even though she was over twenty one [twenty two and a half actually].The doctor had been seeing her ever since she was a little girl and the nurses took a parental type interest in her for years.And when she got a little older, and a little too much for her grandmother to handle, they wer there to offer any *assistance* her grandmother required.On this particular visit, [repeatedly] not adhering to her grandmother’s curfew requests she was told to put on her old school uniform and accompany her for *a visit* to see the nurses at the pediatrician’s office. (She knew failure to follow these directions would necessitate a *house call*/home visit) [Something she wanted to avoid at all cost (due to past experiences)].
