I built it in the Forgotten Hallow (The Sims 4 Vampires game pack). It’s built on a 20x30 lot and even though the original Vatore house is built on the 30x30 lot. It’s made for Caleb and Lilith Vatore (The Sims 4 Vampires) who are brother and sister so they both have their own bedrooms.
