Third of all, why would the Vatican keep something so smutty and contradictory in its visible collections? This is clearly a secular object at worst and a Christian devotion at best, something with absolutely no ties to the cult of Artemis at Ephesus, Turkey! Those breasts definitely do not represent the role of Artemis as the Potnia Theron, the mistress of beasts, who nourishes the wilds and controls them!
