Chunky Monkey Homemade Vegan CerealIngredients:1 cup gluten-free rolled oats1 ripe banana, mashed3 tbsp all natural peanut butter1 tbsp unsweetened non-dairy milk1 tsp chia seeds¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chipsInstructions:Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl mix together mashed banana, peanut butter and non-dairy milk.Stir in oats, chia seeds and chocolate chips.Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and form a rectangle with it.Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and break rectangle into small bite size pieces.Bake for 5 more minutes and let cool.Portion into your bowls, cover with your favourite non-dairy milk and enter chocolate-peanut butter-banana heaven -- source link
