So I went to Tokyo-3 for Golden Week. :) This is the amazing view atop Mt. Kintoki (金時山) of Sengokuhara (仙石原), that is Misato and Shinji’s vista of Tokyo-3 in the classic Neon Genesis Evangelion series. I climbed for 3 hours roundtrip to get this view at the summit. It was steeper and rockier than expected, but also an absolutely amazing climb which such varied scenery and very few people. -- source link
