tlcrmt: Dear T, Being body-positive is so much more than just loving your curves and scars and details. It’s about taking care of the one body you have, listening to its needs, knowing how to fulfill them, and also keeping yourself healthy and sane. Your body is yours, and I was recently reminded how fragile we all are. I lost someone very close to me a few days ago, and I’m trying to deal with it the best that I can. I have a tendency to overeat when I’m upset or stressed out. Food is my vice since I don’t use drugs or alcohol. I haven’t had much of an appetite, but I’m trying to avoid junk food when I do. I need to stay strong right now. My motivation has also been lacking, so I tell myself to get up and move once in a while. There are times I feel so alone in this, even though I have family and friends around me. I’m slowly pushing forward and hope that things will get easier with time. I’m still alive and breathing and fighting to stay positive for myself and everyone I love. -When You’re Most Beautiful – Oh sweetheart! I just want to wrap you in a warm fuzzy blanket and hug you so tight! I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Take care of yourself, and if you need to breakdown a bit, please feel free to stop by my inbox. Sending you all of my love. Xoxo, T. -- source link
