It’s day 2 of #NaNoWriMo2019 and I forgot to post about it before now, but yeah…went from #Inktober and #13Days13Shorts madness (okay, I fell off the wagon with those a bit) right into National Novel Writing Month madness! If you don’t know what NaNoWriMo is, the basic premise is to write a 50000 word novel in the 30 days of November. That averages to about 1667 words a day to finish the challenge. Seattle is the 6th largest region in the world and is the region which I have called “home” the 13 November’s I have participated. This year I will surpass 1 million overall words written through my NaNoWriMo writing. For me, it’s the one month I get to focus my brain on writing. My brain loves to jump creative endeavors, but November is for dumping words out, and shaking those story ideas loose. It isn’t perfect, it isn’t great, it’s a mess, but it’s my mess. . . . #SeattleNaNo #NaNoSEA #WriMoSEA https://www.instagram.com/p/B4YkTqVg434/?igshid=1piarj0dowazj -- source link
