The fun thing about buying an 80-year-old house, is the projects you know will have to happen eventually….tend to need to happen abruptly and not when you planned for them. Cut to a new fence, new retaining wall and stairs this past year. We moved in two years ago yesterday, and I don’t think we have ever NOT had a project going on.
