When you dress for me, it’s the little flourishes that I appreciate the most. The bows, the ribbons, the little lace frills that just accentuate, and never detract. It’s those that I look out for, that I let my eyes linger on, because they’re the little pieces of you that have made it out of your head and onto your clothes. And even if I’m the one to pick each little intricate detail of your outfit, they’re still there, and I can still enjoy them. Don’t ask me how or why they still project you, because I don’t have all the answers, contrary to popular belief. Perhaps it’s just that they’re you’re clothes, so even if they’re not necessarily the ones you’d have picked, they’re still an extension of you; your taste, your style, your person. So I like those little flourishes, because they’re designed the lead the eye, distract, intrigue, and flirt.
