I find myself living inside of my head a lot these days. As the physical world has grown more shuttered and isolated, it’s like my mind has followed, and I find myself spiraling down negative thought patterns. But I’m sure I’m not alone in this. How are you all finding ways to get out of your head?I find that it’s not all bad. Through outlets like journaling, I’ve realized that hidden within all these dramatically angsty thoughts are genuine bits of useful self reflection. This period of self-isolation has made me face, sit, and spend time with uncomfortable emotions that I’d been running away from before. -- source link
