You don’t have to be elegant all the time to please me. Sometimes I like a little tacky. Sometimes, a little tacky is just want a want. Something low class, something disposable. Something fun. Because tacky is a frame of mind, rather than a look. We deplore leopard print because of the process of its creation, and, far more importantly, those who typically wear it. That doesn’t necessarily mean that a wonderfully smart and intellectual woman who wore leopard print couldn’t create a contrast that would make me stir. Slap some liberally applied make up on there and you’ll have me smiling. Because it’s far more about the way we frame a thing than the thing itself. -- source link
