A healthy Banana Bread * ⅓ cup coconut oil * ½ cup honey * 2 eggs * 2 ½ mashed ripe bananas * ¼ cup skim milk * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * ½ teaspoon salt * ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1 ¾ cups regular whole wheat flour * ½ cup chopped walnuts Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the walnuts. Grease a bread tin and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and the walnuts.
