The lessening of the emotional fire of youth does not diminish the desire to achieve the victories over the will of others that are so exciting in our younger years. Rather the challenge can be confronted with a colder logic, uncomplicated by the competing desire for arousal and orgasm. Methods learned can be applied unemotionally, clinically, ruthlessly.
