healingessie: I always like to start my day with a healthy breakfast, so that even if I don’t eat so well the rest of the day, I know I’ve gotten at least one decent meal in! I’ve also been drinking 500mL of lemon water with a tbsp of apple cider vinegar (after my morning coffee of course ☕️) and it’s such a refreshing way to start my morning and a great way to get some health into my bod So this morning I made vanilla chia porridge topped with banana, warmed blueberries, @mayversfood dark roasted peanut butter, buckinis and hemp seeds Perfect considering it was only 2°C today ⛄️ -- source link
