I think it’s a Paph?  Kinda looks like a Phrag, but the rounded leaf tips, the red speckles, and the thick fuzzy Paph-like roots…it didn’t come with a tag, but it did come with mealybugs that for some reason I didn’t think to check for until after I got it home, aaaaaaaargh!  (you can’t see any in the picture, though, because I wiped off all the visible ones with alcohol)  AND as far as treatments go, I’m limited to what’s safe to use in a house with birds -- source link
