For many years I’ve been collecting an assortment of #antiques. A few of my collections include #prosthetic arms and legs, #anatomy manikins, taxidermy Spanish and Jacob goats (4 horned), mourning jewelry, military clothing, and #hunting #talismans. I decided to make my own version of my antique talisman several years back and another a couple of years ago. They’re time consuming so I don’t get to make them often. I have to pick what I’m going to spend my time on carefully and while I’ve chosen #drawing, it’s nice to mix it up once in a while. These are several photos of the #pendant that just sold after keeping my neck company for special events around #losangeles. It has quite a bit of energy in it and I’m a little sad to see it go. It is a one of a kind #handmade Sterling silver charivari with a raw garnet on the bottom caged in with my medic cross in 14K gold. It is a very heavy piece. The #skull is mink and the lil guy was missing one small lower front tooth that I filled with a small 14k #gold tooth.
