This is a great dish, full of flavor and the different textures really add to it. If vegetarian don’t add chicken. Spinach Ricotta Ravioli with chicken, asparagus, walnuts, lemon zest, garlic in a basil pesto sauce. Boil water and prep asparagus, lemon zest, garlic, cut lemon wedges. Boil pasta about 3 to 4 minutes, drain and set aside… Meanwhile Drizzle olive oil in skillet, add asparagus, saute. Add walnuts, cook and stir, add garlic, zest, cook and stir, add pesto and squeeze all lemon juice in. Cook stir. I added pre-cooked canned premium white chicken meat. I don’t need to cook this, just warm it. Serve pasta topped with sauce, and enjoy.
