Today I have another Bariatric surgery appointment for cardiac clearance. Now this appointment isn’t the norm but because of my congestive heart failure my surgeon wants to make sure I am good to go for surgery. I have to get a stress test today and basically confirm with the cardiologist that surgery is a viable option for me. Before he even sent this referral I asked for this because my main goal is to extend my life for my family. I want to be healthier for them.
