I feel SO much better that I made it to the gym today! I did some HIIT cardio for 20 mins and stretched. I haven’t done a high intensity workout in almost a year and it feels so good!! Pregnancy really changes the workout game And my birthday is this Saturday and I turn 3️⃣0️⃣ years old so I think I might bring back my #mondaymorningmotivation that I did back in 2015! We had a lot of fun working toward our goals then. I’ll be making some new goals and start it back up here soon!♀️ -- source link
