Hey everyone!! Today arrived the newest charm for the Arc-V collection, Kaito! ♥ I’m so excited to be able to add another cute bab, an year after the original set! <333…there is an issue though; as you can see from the photos, he has a tiny production defect and he’s missing his heart “hole”, where I usually attach the mini charm and the optional link chain to “ship” it with other charms! The options now are to either keep the charms as-is (I don’t think Kaito is shipped with many Arc-V characters anyways c,: ) and sell him with a little discount (like €1-2 off), or send these back and ask for a replacement, which I’m nervous about as I’ve never asked for one and will take something like one month.So what do you guys think? Would you still buy him even without the hole, or you’d rather wait more and get the fixed charm?
