@Regrann from @thelightofthesunonmyback - #Repost @mediaoutrage1・・・The self-proclaimed white supremacist who fatally stabbed a New York City man to death last week voiced regret that his victim was not a young or more successful older black man.The New York Daily News secured an exclusive Rikers Island interview with 28-year-old James Harris Jackson who is accused of stabbing 66-year-old Timothy Caughman to death with a mini-sword and is currently facing charges of second-degree murder as a hate crime, although those charges are likely to be upgraded.In the interview, Jackson told the Daily News that he would have rather killed “a young thug” or “a successful older black man with blonds…people you see in Midtown,” or “these younger guys that put white girls on the wrong path” rather than Caughman. “I got depressed. …I saw it was too late. It’s irreversible,” he said, adding, “I didn’t want to put my family through any more pain.” Jackson revealed that his family reportedly did not raise him this way, calling his family “as liberal as they come…typical liberal Democrats,” although he reportedly acknowledged that he had his first racist thoughts when he was just three years old.He said that his ideal society was “1950s America.” According to the Daily News, when a reporter pointed out that it is in fact 2017, Jackson responded, “I know. I’m too late. We’re screwed.” Jackson told the Daily News about his plans to deter white women from interracial relationships, thinking that if he killed multiple black men, white women would think, “Well, if that guy feels so strongly about it, maybe I shouldn’t do it.” “The white race is being eroded. … No one cares about you. The Chinese don’t care about you, the blacks don’t care about you,” he said.According to the Daily News, Jackson does not know why he is facing hate crime charges, thinking that they don’t apply to him. “I don’t hate anyone.
