weirdsewing:tharook:weirdsewing:tharook:tharook:Post-Apocalypse Crochet is go. I have picked up this wonderful red silk, but because of its uneven nature I want to pair it up with a more “standard” yarn. Pictured here are three possibilities—any opinions?valloir replied:The yellow!capnalex replied:The orange seems a good match if you want a nice pattern going, top-beige looks like it would work nicely for less prominent accents/support, not sure about the lower-beige/grey.Ah, perhaps I should clarify: by “pair up”, I mean I’ll gave to crochet both yarns together throughout, not in a pattern.weirdsewing replied:ORANGE GO WITH THE ORANGE. I am slightly too excited about this. :PI Still say orange, but I bought THE CAPE at nerdeast and love clashing colours. The top beige is probably safer. I know not of this cape, though.Bottle green velvet and salmon pink satin. It’s horrendous beautiful. Well clearly I need to see this. -- source link
