i’m so immensely grateful and happy that people and influencers like mitch exists. this note/letter has more impact on us than he’ll ever imagine, there are so many out there including myself that can relate to this. him showing that he’s real and he’s human, that life isn’t a bed of roses for ANYONE… how important it is to face mental illness instead of ignore it. mental illnes never is a joke and should be taken seriously. i couldn’t ask for a better role model. -- source link
