Glaring directly at the drawed out line just a few meters away as he planted his feet on the ground. Lifting his rear into the open air as it lifted past his body. He was ready to take off as he gave his body a firm thrust, but his trainer’s hand blocked his way as he cushioned against.“Hold on, hold on” they said softly, bringing the little guy back towards the starting line. “Im liking that energy buddy, that push off the line suits you well. However your form’s something that needs a little work. Crouch back down” they said to them, the little guy nodding in response as he got back down to his knees. One of the trainer’s feet soon laid across their back as he could feel a portion of its weight lay into it. “First thing, you gotta readjust your posture. Your rear’s too high up in the air and you could potentially strain yourself before you even took off. So I want you to press your back into my foot. As much as you can muster” the trainer suggested.“Alright..” The little guy confirmed, drawing his back towards the foot as he felt the tender muscle underneath cushion into his back like a bean back chair. Sinking along the lines of his shoulder blades as he felt it straighten out his body. With another swift glide along them, he felt that amount of space he had grew a little more thin as his top half touched the ball of the upper part of their foot. The soles hovering just overhead as the pinky toe swayed partially. “I think that’s as far as I can go.”“Alright, that means that that’s the highest your posture can go. It is your max capacity for being comfortable. Now, I want you to lower yourself a little more down” the trainer suggested, using their middle toes to touch the back of their head as they proceeded to guid them a little lower. Just enough for their back to curve along as their head now faced parallel to the floor. “Right there, you see how your posture is right now, this is a better way to do it. Now, give that position a try. And keep in mind the posture that you’re in” the trainer said, removing his foot off the back of the little guy as the pressure released. “Alright, eyes forward, crouch like this, parallel to the ground” the little guy muttered, readying his feet to a running position as he arched them in place, raising his back this time as he stared forward. “Mark..set..go!” He called out, bolting off from his position as he zoomed down to the line. Dashing towards it with grace as the trainer watched them from the starting line. As he crossed the finish, he gave a light smile back towards him as he went to meet them.“That’s what im talking about bud, that start off was top notch.”“Thanks sir, your advice helped”“Just doing my job” the trainer said as he picked them up into his hands “keep it up just like that and I’m sure you’ll make it far.”“You really think so?”“I know so” the trainer replied, ruffling their hair with a finger as he made his way to the next room “now, let’s say we a have a break for now.
