goodshipskypirate: The first time playing Horizon Zero Dawn, I was enticed by the ongoing plot’s central question; they just do a damn good job giving you answers and piling more questions for you to find out as you progress.All Aloy had of Elisabet was that this woman could have potentially been her mother. Except now she found out that Elisabet existed during the age of the Old Ones, so that conclusion is impossible. Perhaps Aloy is a descendant, but that still doesn’t answer who her mother is, why she was left in the sacred mountain, and why she looks exactly like this woman. Sylens adding the tantalizing theory that maybe, just maybe, Elisabet achieved longevity, teases the possibility that she is who Aloy thinks she is, and so much more. For me though, I wanted to know what and how Project: Zero Dawn worked. What did it do that helped save the world? …Oh man, I was not prepared. -- source link
