alliedough: Brenna by Allie Doersch My submission for this year´s Comics Workbook Composition Competition 2015. Brenna is Icelandic for Burn, and my inspiration for this comic derives from the difficult balance between destruction and renewal that comes from wildfires. Check out all entries for the composition competition HERE The fragmenting of images and simultaneity of the panels makes reading this piece feel like being showered in a cascade of broken glass or like watching it pass in a river.
