Working on them ratios!! I’m hoping to keep as many of my gains as possible during this cut, hence why I extended it from its original 12 weeks to 16 weeks. A longer, slower prep is best for minimizing lean muscle loss. Ex: my first prep last year was 13 weeks of major calorie cuts.
