I’m a sweaty mess but at some point during this off season I guess I grew some glutes! This booty was built with a whole bunch of heavy squats, but the pump was provided by cable kickbacks I finish every leg day with four sets of 24 total reps (each leg) alternating between a straight kickback and a turned out kickback targeting more of the abductors.
