I feel like I’ve been productive in life, but have hit such a hard stop in my creativity with everything. I don’t know what the future holds for my hustle that I’ve loved and worked so hard for about 10yrs, but I’ve been tinkering with other creative ventures and proposals…my brain doesn’t shut off so I have conversations in my head all day going over every last option. Needless to say, I’m tired all the time. And you know what, It’s ok to be sad. We’re all processing and surviving in our own ways. In our own bubbles and circle both near and from afar. In our own hearts. But it’s not ok to put someone else’s life at risk because you’re sad or angry. If you go outside for a walk, a jog, a bike ride…please respect nature and those around you, simply wear a mask. And if you have to wonder about whether maybe you’re just too close to others, be mindful and increase your social distance. Remember that as much as these actions are protecting you, above all they protect loved ones and you in turn are protecting others. Have a little softness where you can. Wash your hands. Be proud of little achievements in your day and try to be kind about the little failures you may have had.
