Day 17: I’ve had many happy memories this year, but one of the big ones was getting relief for my right shoulder/arm/whole right side which had been having pain problems since 2010 but had gotten so bad this last year that I was in constant excruciating pain. I’m also right-handed which made it suck more. But now, thanks to a wonderful massage therapist I’m completely pain free! -- source link
