Cal-Neva Auto Court, U.S. 91 (Las Vegas Blvd) – c. 1931 The court was built on what was then the city limits, the furthest south of Las Vegas’ newest incorporated area called the Boulder Addition. Its address was later designated 1519 South 5th, then 1519 S Las Vegas Blvd. The arches joining the two motel wings were later removed, and the center of the motel became Cupid Chapel. The motel seems to have closed in the 70s, with Cupid Chapel continuing until about ‘91. The buildings were demolished and became parking area for the newly-built Olympic Gardens. -- source link
