Portraits of the Squad, taken by the lovely @gamer_gent I love how these show so much of the details everyone put into these costumes! We all basically started from Squirtle + Sukeban/Bosozoku gang fashion and everyone took it from there! There are some similar themes…we all used the same fabric as the base, and my Pfaff Creative 4.5 cranked out a lot of “Squirtle Girl Boss” lettering and shell patches that we all used on the back of our outfit. But everyone chose their own outfit style, and customized it with everything from embroidered puns, hand beading, applique, vinyl transfers, and hand painted patches.
