Guys I am cannot tell you how freaking awesome it is to have a supportive team behind you on your fitness and health journey. I am beyond blessed to have my badass team of ladies to talk to about our ups and downs, our motivations and our setbacks. Without them this wouldn’t be possible. Also I am so lucky my daughter @itz.riley522 helps out with my instagram stories and attempts workouts with me and praises me achievements.
