What’s up, y'all? So I’ve been keeping up with getting to the gym 3 times a week (actually on my way right now!) so far. My eating hasn’t been the best but it also hasn’t been the worst so there’s a bright side. I think I need to do more cardio (creys), I’ve only been doing about 20 mins on the stair climber when I get to the gym but I’m sure it’s not enough. I have a treadmill in my basement and on the days I can’t get to the gym (I start work which is 30 mins away from me at 7 and my gym only opens at 5) I’ll do some running I think. Blah.
