One benefit of living in this valley is the agricultural benefits. The nice long growing season has it so my tomato plants are already going crazy. I love my little sweet potato vines with their heart shaped leaves, I started them from a sweet potato in wet dirt under a lightbulb in December. I love the house plants that asked me to move them outside, my cacti and aloe. I live my bamboo, my Japanese climbing cucumber, my eggplant and tomatillo plants. The jasmine plant faces the walk so passers by will smell their fragrance. The parade rose I got on valentines day, reported and drastically pruned back is even showing a lot of life. The plants will be shaded from Phoenix’s harsh afternoon sun in this apartment complex and I have done relatively well with limited space. #crazyplantlady #plants #phoenixgardening #containergardening #apartmentgardening -- source link
