vintagesimstress: EDIT: added a version without the bottom ribbons (V2) and without ribbons or those oval-shaped decorations (V3). Thank you @javitrulovesims for the suggestion! Also, I made small corrections to the textures (more specifically, the neck ribbon - you might want to redownload if that evil line was bugging you as much as me ;)) I’m finally ready to share my first 1890s creation! It’s heavily inspired by a picture found on the amazing Femmes en 1900 site (just type any year you’re interested in in the Recherche box and enjoy the beauty :) ). I mean, quite obviously, the one on the right: Comes in all the colours I ever saw on 1890s fashion plates; 14 swatches altogether, including a solemn black one. Works for all body types. All LODs included. Known problems: the ribbons get a bit distorted when sims sit down and look pretty riddiculous when they walk. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s any solvable - TS4 in general is not very long-dress-friendly and even the Maxis made ones look weird in certain positions. On the other hand, one has to look really closely to notice something’s off, so I hope it won’t disturb you much. Also, the top ribbon at the back gets stretched if you set body weight on max. It’s just a bit of a stretch, nothing critical, so I hope you won’t mind it too much - as (at least for now) I have no idea how to fix it. It’s been playtested, of course, but if you notice any problems I haven’t, please let me know! Also, it’s my first CC piece ever, so please have some understanding if it’s not perfect.DOWNLOAD for FREE***Other CC used in previews: Lily Hair by Saurus Purity Hair by Simlotus Leilani Bun by Stephanine Dewali Dejewelled Hair by Quiddity Parisa Bangs by Atashi77 (shortened by me to better imitate those weird 1890s fringes) Edwardian Hat by HSL (watch out, the most annoying url shortener ever!) -- source link
