The official New York Times review is in! They call Girl Walk // All Day an “urban fantasia” and “undeniably exhilarating.” (!!!) The dancers are splendid (as is Mr. Krupnick’s camera work), with Ms. Marsen a particularly delightful, tireless and sometimes impudent sprite in her quasi-tutu and sneakers. Spike Jonze’s “Weapon of Choice” video (the one with Christopher Walken) meets “On the Town” in this urban fantasia, and the result is exhausting but undeniably exhilarating.
