It’s good they gave us this news officially instead of continuing to leave us hanging. My hope is now they’ll at least lift the merchandise ban and go back to marketing the tv series since they won’t be preparing merch for the movie yet. Pleased to get this news, to be honest - communication at last! I don’t mind where they are in the production process, I just hope this is the beginning of more updates from them.
