Here’s my piece for the @ddfanzine!! I just can never stop thinking about how Vvulf’s guarding move is the only one who doesn’t give PROT to the guardian. He literally puts himself in harm’s way to protect his men… makes himself an easier target… Ugh, I love him SO much. :((Vvulf headcanons and some comments about the zine under read more!)Don’t get me wrong: I don’t mean to woobify Vvulf, I love him mean and evil or morally gray at best. But it just tugs at my heartstrings to think that despite everything, he actually cared about his brigands to the point of risking himself. I have a headcanon based on the Wolves at the Door event: did you ever notice you can find some Madman with the brigands on the corridor battles? Correct me if I’m wrong, but when you find them in the usual missions, they’re always accompanied by Cultist Brawlers and Cultist Acolytes, not brigands, right? So I like to think the Madman are brigands (captured by the cultists and tortured to madness) and those in the town event are rescued men. They rescued them from the dungeons before the raid on the hamlet, that’s why they’re with the brigands now. This whole ‘leave no man behind’ thing when applied to Vvulf makes me SO ILL, he loved his boys to death. I just… AUGH 3 3 3But yeah, about the zine, the version I posted here is slightly less edited than the one I ended up sending. I think I overdid with the blue highlights and grainy textures in the end, I like the less edited pic more. -- source link
