Baked a rhubarb and orange cake from a recipe I got from my sister in law Fern and it’s lovely if I may say so myself Rhubarb is one of my favourite fruits and bring back memories to my childhood growing up in beautiful Lofoten. Could have been a tad bit less baked, but wasn’t sure about the middle had set so left it for a bit longer and it needed it.
