Too big = leak city. 3) The Slow Down Rule: If you’ve just done a cardio-heavy workout at the gym, maybe wait for any pelvic spasms/pain to calm down before trying to run. 4) The Apology Instead of Permission Rule: If you forget/refuse to follow rules 1-3 (like I did today), at least bring a jacket to wrap around your waist and practice run-walking really fast to your car out the back door of the gym so that no one sees you/avoid eye contact/keep a “seat towel” in your car. =/ Bonus: If you and/or your partner have an ABDL overlap, it’s fabulous fap fodder once you’ve stopped being embarrassed, showered, and washed your clothes. =) love, rnt -- source link
