It’s not often that a farm brings something new to market that completely redefines a category for me. Sure, there are new varieties every year, or rediscovered old ones, and they can have better flavor or color. But this misticanza (which is Italian for “mixed greens”) from @camporossofarm has set a new standard for me. It has their famous radicchio and frisée, but also baby mustard greens and kale, and a bit of super spicy cress. Hands down it’s the nicest salad mix I’ve ever seen.
