My god. There are decent apartments near me that are like that with utilities included. I’m sure like the “luxury apartments” are a fair bit more but…damn. the pet fees are basically there own rent though. But it’s like a one time fee for most aprtments. I think?I live in literally the poorest neighborhood in my town and my rent is $820, no utilities included. The average rent in my city, according to the website I checked, is about $1,300 a month for 1,000 square feet. And I know it’s even worse in other parts of the state. -- source link
