Introducing Commander Bog! Remember him? He was very briefly in the original Captain EO short film. In Captain EO year one he is the sponsor for EO’s capstone year at the Academy. He is there to judge the capstone students at the end of the year for a pass/fail but is also there all year long to give advice, assignments, feedback and lectures. He likes when people are on time and LOVES to stick to the rules. If you want to be creative he expects to see that creativity within the limitations of the rules already set. This means he is not particularly fond of new ways of thinking if there was a rule that could already solve the issue at hand. Everyone wants to impress him including the school administrators. He graduated from the academy at the top of his class and has an impressive resume. He is tough, strict, and sort of mysterious. -- source link
