grilled….not to perfection……only medium well as yet…..need to grill further so it gets nice and pink….that medium rare…..deep pink……..interesting animal, this one…..the more you grill her, the pinker she gets…..but the trick is not to go over…..otherwise she turns blue, purple and black…..charred…. -- source link
