Peanut Butter Cookies (adapted from Ovenly) (GF)Ingredients:1 ¾ cup natural chunky peanut butter½ tsp vanilla extract2 eggs1 ¾ cup demerara brown sugarFleur de sel (sea salt flakes)Instructions:Preheat oven to 350˚, and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.Mix together brown sugar and eggs until well combined.Add vanilla.Mix in peanut butter and stir until fully blended. There should be no more streaks of peanut butter left.Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets. The dough will hold its shape fairly well in the oven, so I recommend flattening and shaping the mounds a bit so they’re not just a solid ball of cookie. Sprinkle a little fleur de sel onto each cookie.Bake for 15-20 minutes. -- source link
