Brown Sugar CupcakesIngredients:1 ½ cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking powder¼ tsp sea salt1 stick of salted butter, at room temperature1 cup plus 2 tbsp packed demerara brown sugar2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla½ cup plus 2 tbsp buttermilkInstructions:Preheat oven to 325˚ F. Fill muffin pans with paper liners.Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.Cream butter and brown sugar together on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated. Add vanilla.Add the flour mixture in three batches, alternating with two additions of buttermilk, and beating until combined after each.Divide batter among lined cups, filling each about halfway.
