Toon Blue-Eyes or Toon Summoned Skull x) The TBEWD is super cute, but I vote Toon Summoned Skull for the Duel Police mascot. Others said that, too, so I just went with itAcrylics and Posca markers (and pretty hard to get good pictures x) - and yeah, German).
