The little skulls on the Orc Healer’s mantle thing made me have a headcanon.In Orcish culture, the Skull is a symbol of Healers, much like the red cross is in our culture. The skull represents both the death they combat (Orcish emblems are symbolic of the thing the person fights most) and is of the head, where the Healer’s Wisdom resides. It is particularly apt for a Cleric of Peace, because the best, longest lasting peace in Orcish cosmology is Death itself.TL:DR: Orcs are Goth as Fuck and their Healers wear Skulls. -- source link
