COVID-19 has been a wakeup call on so many fronts – from the environment, equality, the social safety net, mental health and addictions issues, and many more, so I’m so happy to see a brand working to do their part in addressing some of these issues. Not only that, but jewelry has had such an influence in my life. I remember as a child, I would “claim” my mom’s jewelry for when she died (I was a morbid child, what can I say). But I loved sitting on the bed and trying everything on. My mom is still a jewelry collector, and has everything from fine gold to vintage pieces and unique costume jewelry and I’m happy to be starting my own collection with these pretty pieces.
